Yes. The portal includes English and Arabic interfaces, together with light and dark themes. This website also has an Arabic language option.
The supplied portal is self-hosted, using a Python server and a local database. It includes Windows installation instructions and a Linux service configuration. Production use requires HTTPS and an appropriate backup and administration process. The marketing website can be hosted separately.
No. Built-in assistance works without an external AI service. Optional Claude integration uses an Anthropic API key and requires separate configuration; any provider usage charges are separate from the portal quotation.
Yes. Organisation setup supports your name, logo and colours. Microsoft 365 sign-in requires application and tenant configuration, with HTTPS outside localhost. SMTP settings support email notifications and reminders.
